1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Seedlings LMS through seedlings.one, LINE Official Account (@seedlings), or LIFF applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

For users under 20 years of age, acceptance of these terms requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Seedlings Institute provides a Learning Management System for English language education, comprising:

• LMS Platform: Lessons, assessments, progress tracking, and reporting
• LINE Integration: Notifications, learning summaries, and scheduling via LINE
• LIFF Applications: Supplementary apps accessible within LINE
• LINE Login: Authentication via LINE account

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• Parents register the primary account and link it to student profiles
• Information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

3.2 Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Institute Content

All content within the LMS — including lessons, exercises, teaching materials, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Seedlings Institute. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from Institute content

4.2 User Content

Content you submit (e.g., quiz answers, chat messages) remains yours. However, you grant the Institute a license to use such content for service delivery and improvement purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt or damage systems or servers
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Submit harmful, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Use the system in ways that may endanger other learners, especially children and minors

6. Payments

• Tuition and service fees are as announced by the Institute
• Payment through designated channels (bank transfer, PromptPay)
• Refund policies vary by course terms
• The Institute reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice

7. LINE Integration

• Adding @seedlings as a friend constitutes consent to receive messages from the Institute
• You may block or unfriend at any time to stop receiving messages
• Data transmitted via LINE is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• We will not send spam or advertisements unrelated to education

8. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation
• The Institute is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

9. Suspension and Termination

• The Institute may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may cancel your account by contacting us via LINE or email
• Upon cancellation, data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to modify these terms, with advance notice via LINE Official Account or the LMS platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
