1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เมื่อท่านเข้าใช้งานระบบ Seedlings LMS ผ่านเว็บไซต์ seedlings.one, LINE Official Account (@seedlings), หรือแอปพลิเคชัน LIFF ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดการใช้งานฉบับนี้ทั้งหมด หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ กรุณาหยุดใช้บริการ

สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี การยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง

2. คำอธิบายบริการ

Seedlings ให้บริการระบบจัดการการเรียนรู้ (Learning Management System) สำหรับการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย:

  • ระบบ LMS: แบบเรียน แบบทดสอบ ติดตามความก้าวหน้า รายงานผล
  • LINE Integration: รับแจ้งเตือน สรุปผลการเรียน นัดหมาย ผ่าน LINE
  • LIFF Applications: แอปพลิเคชันเสริมที่เปิดใช้งานภายใน LINE
  • LINE Login: ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบผ่านบัญชี LINE

3. บัญชีผู้ใช้

3.1 การสมัครใช้งาน

  • ผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้สมัครบัญชีหลัก และเชื่อมโยงบัญชีกับข้อมูลนักเรียน
  • ข้อมูลที่ให้ต้องเป็นความจริง ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
  • บัญชีหนึ่งต่อหนึ่งบุคคล ห้ามแบ่งปันบัญชีกับผู้อื่น

3.2 ความรับผิดชอบ

  • ท่านรับผิดชอบกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของท่าน
  • แจ้งให้เราทราบทันทีหากพบการเข้าถึงบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

4. สิทธิ์ในเนื้อหา

4.1 เนื้อหาของ Seedlings

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดในระบบ LMS รวมถึงบทเรียน แบบฝึกหัด สื่อการสอน รูปภาพ และซอฟต์แวร์ เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ Seedlings ท่านไม่มีสิทธิ์:

  • คัดลอก ทำซ้ำ หรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
  • ใช้เนื้อหาเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพาณิชย์
  • ดัดแปลงหรือสร้างผลงานต่อยอดจากเนื้อหาของ Seedlings

4.2 เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้

ข้อมูลที่ท่านส่งผ่านระบบ (เช่น คำตอบแบบทดสอบ ข้อความในแชท) ยังคงเป็นของท่าน แต่ท่านให้สิทธิ์แก่ Seedlings ในการใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อการให้บริการและพัฒนาระบบ

5. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ท่านตกลงที่จะไม่:

  • ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
  • รบกวนหรือทำลายระบบหรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์
  • พยายามเข้าถึงบัญชีหรือข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่น
  • ส่งเนื้อหาที่เป็นอันตราย ลามกอนาจาร หรือไม่เหมาะสม
  • ใช้ระบบในทางที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้เรียนคนอื่น โดยเฉพาะเด็กและเยาวชน

6. การชำระเงิน

  • ค่าเรียนและค่าบริการเป็นไปตามที่ Seedlings ประกาศ
  • การชำระเงินผ่านช่องทางที่ Seedlings กำหนด (โอนเงิน, PromptPay)
  • นโยบายการคืนเงินเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของแต่ละหลักสูตร
  • Seedlings ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาโดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน

7. LINE Integration

หมายเหตุ: การใช้งาน LINE Official Account และ LIFF app อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ LINE Corporation เพิ่มเติมจากข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้

  • การเพิ่มเพื่อน @seedlings เป็นการยินยอมรับข้อความจาก Seedlings
  • ท่านสามารถบล็อกหรือลบเพื่อนได้ตลอดเวลาเพื่อหยุดรับข้อความ
  • ข้อมูลที่ส่งผ่าน LINE จะถูกประมวลผลตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา
  • เราจะไม่ส่งข้อความสแปมหรือโฆษณาที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอน

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

  • Seedlings ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" (as is) โดยไม่รับประกันว่าระบบจะทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องโดยไม่มีข้อขัดข้อง
  • Seedlings ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ
  • ความรับผิดสูงสุดของ Seedlingsจำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่ท่านชำระในรอบ 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา

9. การระงับและยกเลิกบริการ

  • Seedlings มีสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด
  • ท่านสามารถยกเลิกบัญชีได้โดยแจ้งผ่าน LINE หรืออีเมล
  • เมื่อยกเลิกบัญชี ข้อมูลจะถูกจัดการตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

Seedlings ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่าน LINE Official Account หรือระบบ LMS การใช้บริการต่อหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นจะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทย

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Seedlings LMS through seedlings.one, LINE Official Account (@seedlings), or LIFF applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

For users under 20 years of age, acceptance of these terms requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Seedlings provides a Learning Management System for English language education, comprising:

  • LMS Platform: Lessons, assessments, progress tracking, and reporting
  • LINE Integration: Notifications, learning summaries, and scheduling via LINE
  • LIFF Applications: Supplementary apps accessible within LINE
  • LINE Login: Authentication via LINE account

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • Parents register the primary account and link it to student profiles
  • Information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current
  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

3.2 Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Seedlings Content

All content within the LMS — including lessons, exercises, teaching materials, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Seedlings. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works from Seedlings content

4.2 User Content

Content you submit (e.g., quiz answers, chat messages) remains yours. However, you grant Seedlings a license to use such content for service delivery and improvement purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Disrupt or damage systems or servers
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Submit harmful, obscene, or inappropriate content
  • Use the system in ways that may endanger other learners, especially children and minors

6. Payments

  • Tuition and service fees are as announced by Seedlings
  • Payment through designated channels (bank transfer, PromptPay)
  • Refund policies vary by course terms
  • Seedlings reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice

7. LINE Integration

Note: Use of the LINE Official Account and LIFF apps is additionally subject to LINE Corporation's terms of service.

  • Adding @seedlings as a friend constitutes consent to receive messages from Seedlings
  • You may block or unfriend at any time to stop receiving messages
  • Data transmitted via LINE is processed according to our Privacy Policy
  • We will not send spam or advertisements unrelated to education

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation
  • Seedlings is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

9. Suspension and Termination

  • Seedlings may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You may cancel your account by contacting us via LINE or email
  • Upon cancellation, data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Amendments

Seedlings reserves the right to modify these terms, with advance notice via LINE Official Account or the LMS platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
